The party was cathartic - Telstra's ongoing issues are not.
Emailed in a complaint. Waiting to hear back from them. Having modem issues as well. I'll start calling about that every day soon.
I got straight onto the phone and rang to sort it out. She gets to upset too quickly even thinking about picking up the phone to talk to them. Spent 2 hours talking to Sarah, getting this mess sorted out.
Turns out we just need to change the email address connected to the bill. Easy fixed. So grateful Sarah took the time and spent the energy to get this fixed. Hopefully that's the end of it.
Will be great if I don't have to talk to Telstra again.
